Sanda Kickboxing
Our Sanda Kickboxing classes are suitable for everyone. No matter if you are looking to improve your general fitness or looking to develop your kickboxing skills for competitions, our Sanda kickboxing classes cover it all.

Combat Kickboxing
These sessions host a diverse mix of participants, spanning different ages and backgrounds, from hobbyists to amateur and professional fighters in disciplines like Sanda, K1, and MMA. With extended durations, classes encompass warm-ups, technical drills, and skill refinement, offering a higher level of instruction. Participants also have the option to engage in controlled sparring sessions, where safety is paramount and all necessary equipment is provided.
Tai Chi

Tiny Tigers Kung Fu
Our Tiny Tigers class is designed for children aged 4-6 years old, introducing them to the basics of Kung Fu in a fun and engaging way. Young students will learn foundational Kung Fu techniques, including stretches, stances, various kicks and punches, jumps, combination movements, and forms.
Little Dragon Kung Fu
Our Little Dragon Kung Fu classes for children aged 7-13 focus on building advanced Kung Fu skills while fostering discipline, confidence, and coordination. Students will work on foundational movements such as stretches, stances, kicks, punches, jumps, and acrobatics, while also learning combination movements, empty hand forms, and weapons forms.
Little Dragon Kickboxing
Our Little Dragon Sanda Kickboxing classes for ages 7-13 focus on developing advanced foundational movements and drills. Students will work on essential skills such as stretches, stances, kicks, attack and defence drills, combination movements, and introductory takedown techniques.
Junior Sanda Kickboxing Elite
For young martial artists ready to take their skills to the next level, our Junior Sanda Kickboxing Elite programme offers serious combat training in a structured, age-appropriate environment. Designed specifically for dedicated students aged 8-14, this class focuses on developing advanced techniques, competition-level fitness, and practical self-defence skills.
Meditation
Our meditation classes are open to all people to join. The classes will involve a practical guide to meditation and mindfulness, guided meditations and exploring various meditation practices. These methods will assist in reducing stress, anxiety, isolation, and other negative states of mind. Qi Gong
