Shaolin Kung Fu

Taster Classes

Our taster classes are held every Saturday and are suitable for beginners of all ages and fitness levels. These sessions give you the opportunity to experience a variety of classes, including Sanda Kickboxing, Tai Chi, and Shaolin Yoga, in a friendly and supportive environment.

If you would like to experience our regular weekday classes, including Shaolin Kung Fu and other training sessions, you can attend with a Session Pass for £15 per class. This is a great way to experience authentic Shaolin training before joining as a member.
