Here at UK Shaolin Centre, we have a whole range of classes to suit all of your fitness needs. From Shaolin Kung Fu, to Yoga, Meditation and Tai Chi. From the familiar, to the totally unique, we have classes to suit all ages.
Kung Fu
Our Kung Fu classes are continuously growing in popularity and we believe this is due to the fact that we teach genuine Kung Fu, which is taught by qualified and experienced Kung Fu Instructors. If you are looking for something unique and authentic to suit your fitness needs, UK Shaolin Centre’s Kung Fu training could be right for you.
Kickboxing
Our Kickboxing classes are suitable for everyone. No matter if you are looking to improve your general fitness or looking to develop your kickboxing skills for competitions, our kickboxing classes cover it all.
No matter what your fitness level is, everyone is welcome because we will take you from where you are now and build on these your skills until we reach your desired goal.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is suited for everyone and it’s a great option for anyone looking for a low impact form of fitness. Easy on the joints and great fun when shared with friends! Regularly attending our Tai Chi classes will improve flexibility, balance and agility, decrease stress, anxiety and depression, and improve posture, stability, and muscle strength.
Yoga
Our Yoga classes at UK Shaolin Centre Southampton run multiple sessions a week, including Lyengar to Vinyasa. Meditation
Our meditation classes are open to all people to join. The classes will involve a practical guide to meditation and mindfulness, guided meditations and exploring various meditation practices. Qigong

Children’s Kung Fu

Foundation
Our Foundation class delivers specific practice on Kung Fu fundamental skills. These classes are designed to help you improve your fundamental skills, your precision and execution in Kung Fu techniques, and forms. This is an ideal class for those who want to take the time to improve their all-over Kung Fu proficiency.

Open Mat
A bookable session that gives exclusive use of the training zone to all members. The open mat sessions include the open mat and boxing area. These self-directed, independent, sessions are perfect for those who may not have the time and space to practice their skills and techniques at home. Take advantage of these sessions and see how far you can improve.
Kung Fu Acrobatics
This children’s only session is a fantastic option for fitness, or a companion to Kung Fu sessions. These sessions teach the beginnings of the acrobatics skills of Kung Fu and gymnastics skills, including rolling and jumps. These sessions are open to children aged from 5 – 12 years.
