Kung Fu

Our Kung Fu classes are continuously growing in popularity and we believe this is due to the fact that we teach genuine Kung Fu, which is taught by qualified and experienced Kung Fu Instructors. Sanda Kickboxing

Our Sanda Kickboxing classes are suitable for everyone. No matter if you are looking to improve your general fitness or looking to develop your kickboxing skills for competitions, our Sanda kickboxing classes cover it all.

No matter what your fitness level is, everyone is welcome because we will take you from where you are now and build on these your skills until we reach your desired goal.

Combat Kickboxing

These sessions host a diverse mix of participants, spanning different ages and backgrounds, from hobbyists to amateur and professional fighters in disciplines like Sanda, K1, and MMA. With extended durations, classes encompass warm-ups, technical drills, and skill refinement, offering a higher level of instruction. Participants also have the option to engage in controlled sparring sessions, where safety is paramount and all necessary equipment is provided.

Kung Fu Workout

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is suited for everyone and it’s a great option for anyone looking for a low impact form of fitness.  Easy on the joints and great fun when shared with friends! Regularly attending our Tai Chi classes will improve flexibility, balance and agility, decrease stress, anxiety and depression, and improve posture, stability, and muscle strength.

Qi Gong

Qigong allows you to explore your internal and external energy in a gentle form of exercise. Qigong exercises are a combination of stretching and breathing techniques in set routines. These sessions are suited to everyone but they are particularly beneficial for people looking to improve their mental and emotional health,and mobility and strength using low impact exercise. You will find that Qigong may help improve your circulatory system and reduce stress.

Meditation

Our meditation classes are open to all people to join. The classes will involve a practical guide to meditation and mindfulness, guided meditations and exploring various meditation practices. Stretch & Shaolin Yoga

This children’s only session is a fantastic option for fitness, or a companion to Kung Fu sessions. These sessions teach the beginnings of the acrobatics skills of Kung Fu and gymnastics skills, including rolling and jumps. These sessions are open to children aged from 5 – 12 years.
