- Check Your Email: You’ll receive a welcome email with details on how to make the most of your membership, class schedules, and any upcoming events.
- Book Your First Session for Class or Gym: Simply log in and reserve your spot in a session. Classes include Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Tai Chi, Shaolin Yoga, and more. Each gym session lasts 2 hours, so you’ll have plenty of time to train and unwind.
- Refer a Friend: Don’t forget—if you refer a friend, you’ll receive a free t-shirt when they join!
