Our gym provides a professional and versatile training environment suitable for personal trainers, fitness coaches, small group sessions, sports training and wellbeing activities.
The spacious gym floor is equipped with a wide range of professional fitness and martial arts equipment, allowing users to deliver effective strength, conditioning and performance based training.
The facility includes cardio equipment such as rowing machines and stationary bikes, alongside strength training equipment including dumbbells, free weights, squat racks and bench press stations. For martial arts and combat training, the gym also features punch bags, weight bags, a boxing ring and functional training equipment such as Monkey Bar Rigs to develop strength, agility and coordination.
