Terms & Conditions For UK Shaolin Taster Sessions
- Participation: By attending the UK Shaolin taster session, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and able to participate in the activities. You understand that martial arts and physical exercise may involve risks and you voluntarily assume those risks.
- Health and Safety: You agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by the UK Shaolin instructors during the taster session. If you have any health concerns or medical conditions that may affect your participation, it is your responsibility to inform the instructors prior to the session.
- Liability: UK Shaolin and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the taster session.
- Code of Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner during the taster session, refraining from any behaviour that may cause harm, discomfort, or disruption to others. UK Shaolin reserves the right to ask any participant who fails to adhere to the code of conduct to leave the premises.
- Photography and Video: You acknowledge that UK Shaolin may take photographs or videos during the taster session for promotional purposes, and you grant UK Shaolin the right to use such media without compensation or notification.
- Booking and Payment: Taster sessions require pre-booking and payment of a £5 non-refundable fee, which secures your spot in the session. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking, and the fee is non-refundable unless the taster session is cancelled by UK Shaolin.
- Changes or Cancellations: UK Shaolin reserves the right to make changes or cancellations to the taster session schedule or content, and will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any such changes in advance.
- Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your personal belongings during the taster session, and UK Shaolin is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
By participating in a UK Shaolin taster session, you indicate your acceptance and agreement to these Terms & Conditions, including the £5 non-refundable fee.
