Staying motivated in your fitness goals can always be a challenge, but with a wide variety of fitness classes available in our UK Shaolin Centre you’ll find the perfect way to keep active.

Whatever you are looking to achieve, we have classes for the whole community, from our standard fitness classes to classes especially designed for older adults, or women-only classes; we’ve got something to suit everyone.

No matter what your fitness level is, everyone is welcome because we will take you from where you are and build your skills until we reach your goal. With our new classes called UFit is for beginners, older people, or those wishing to get back to fitness at an entry level.

We have a range of themed classes to chose from outside of standard fitness classes: Box UFit to Tai Chi UFit and Kung Fu Workout UFit, these lower intensity classes consist of simpler movements to help you build confidence in your abilities, while learning the fitness foundations to start moving.
