UK Shaolin Youth Development Programme
Building Confident, Disciplined and Resilient Young People Through Martial Arts
We believe martial arts is about much more than learning to punch and kick. Our Youth Development Programme (Childrens Martial Arts)uses authentic Shaolin Kung Fu, Wushu and Sanda Kickboxing to help children and teenagers build confidence, character, resilience and lifelong healthy habits.
Our age specific programmes are carefully designed to support each stage of a child’s physical, mental and personal development. As students grow, they progress through three structured programmes, developing new skills, greater responsibility and increased confidence every step of the way.
Our Progression Pathway
Little Dragons (Ages 4–7)
Build Confidence. Learn Through Play.
Junior Shaolin (Ages 8–11)

Students who complete the Teen Warriors programme can continue their journey into our Adult Shaolin Programme.
