Little Dragon Classes – Online Booking

Our Little Dragons Martial Arts programme offers fun, structured, and high-quality martial arts classes for children aged 4–15 years. Designed to support physical development, confidence, focus, and discipline, our classes provide a safe and positive environment where children can learn, move, and grow.

Through Kung Fu and Sanda Kickboxing, children develop coordination, balance, strength, and self-confidence, while also learning key values such as respect, teamwork, and self-control.

How to Book

Please use the booking link below to secure your child’s place in a Little Dragon class. All bookings and payments are completed online via our secure payment system.

All Little Dragon classes must be booked online in advance.

  • Saturday: Little Dragon Kung Fu (4–13 yrs)

Bookings are non-refundable once the term has started, as places are limited and reserved in advance. Please ensure you select the correct class and payment option before completing your booking.

Yes. Each term requires a new booking, unless you have selected an Annual (3 Terms) option, which covers the full academic year.

Age-Specific FAQs

For Children Aged 4–6 Years

Yes. Our Little Dragons Kung Fu classes for ages 4–6 are carefully designed to be fun, safe, and age-appropriate. Classes focus on movement, coordination, listening skills, and basic Kung Fu actions through games, storytelling, and structured activities.
No. Children aged 4–6 do not take part in sparring or contact training. All activities are non-contact and focus on movement, balance, coordination, and confidence-building.
This is very common at this age. Our instructors are experienced in working with younger children and use varied activities, clear routines, and positive encouragement to help children feel comfortable, included, and confident.
Parents are usually welcome to stay nearby, especially for new or younger children, although we encourage independence once children feel settled. Our team will advise what works best for your child.

For Children Aged 7–15 Years

Classes for ages 7–15 are more structured and technical. Students work on improved coordination, strength, flexibility, discipline, and focus, with longer drills and more detailed Kung Fu or Sanda Kickboxing techniques.

Any partner work is controlled, supervised, and age-appropriate. Safety is always the priority, and contact levels (if any) are introduced gradually and only when suitable.

Absolutely. Many children start with no prior experience. Training is adapted to each child’s ability, and beginners are fully supported as they learn the fundamentals.
Yes. Martial arts training provides a positive outlet for energy while teaching self-control, discipline, and focus. Many parents find the structure of martial arts especially beneficial for active children.
