Teen Warriors is UK Shaolin’s advanced youth martial arts programme for young people aged 12–15 years, designed to develop martial arts skills, physical fitness, leadership and personal responsibility.

As teenagers grow, they need new challenges that help them build confidence, resilience and independence. Through authentic Shaolin Kung Fu, Wushu and Sanda Kickboxing, students learn to push beyond their comfort zones while developing the discipline and determination needed to achieve their goals.

Training combines traditional martial arts techniques with modern conditioning and practical combat skills. Students improve their strength, agility, coordination and fitness while learning how to apply focus, self control and perseverance both in training and in everyday life.

Teen Warriors provides a supportive and motivating environment where young people can challenge themselves, develop leadership qualities and continue their journey towards martial arts excellence.

The programme encourages young people to take ownership of their progress, support their training partners and develop the mindset required for long term success both inside and outside the training hall.
