We continually improve and invest in our facilities for all users to ensure that their experience with UK Shaolin Centre is the best it can be. This is reflected in a specialist Martial Arts Gym training equipment, a purpose built martial arts training zone, and a dedicated wellbeing Studio. Many of our facilities are also available for hire.

One of the great advantages of being located within the heart of the Southampton city centre is its convenience because the city is central along the south coast and has multiple transport links. The city’s national and international travel links by road, rail, sea and air are unmatched in the region.
From the M271: Follow signs for the City Centre using the A33 (A35) and then the A3024. After you pass the Train Station on your left, turn right at the traffic lights into Western Esplanade, turn right again and The Marlands Car Park will be on your left.
From The Avenue: Follow signs for the City Centre and Car Parks West. This will lead you to The Civic Centre and you will see The Marlands ahead but follow the signs for The Marlands Car Park and turn right and then left into Western Esplanade, turn right again and The Marlands Car Park will be on your left.
From the Marlands Car Park: Take the lift or stairs to level 10 and walk through ASDA, The Marlands is immediately in front of you. UK Shaolin Centre just on the ground floor of the Marland Shopping Centre between the shops One Below and CeX.
Southampton Central Rail Station. Within ten minutes walking distance to The Marlands or take the City Link bus straight to our door.
There are two Red Funnel ferry services to and from the Isle of Wight departing from Town Quay; a high speed service for foot passengers and a ferry for vehicles, cyclists and foot passengers. A half hourly foot passengers and cyclists service to Hythe also leaves from Town Quay.
Southampton International Airport is the leading ‘fast track’ airport in central-southern England, serving many UK and Europe destinations, with onward connections worldwide. The airport, where 7 airlines fly to and from, including Flybe, is located on the outskirts of the city and within easy access from the M27 and M3. It is also served by Southampton Airport Parkway railway station, a stopping point for trains to and from the 1hr 10min London Waterloo journey. Southampton Central Station is just a 7 minute journey from Southampton Airport Parkway.
