Kung Fu Acrobatics (Children)

This children’s only session is a fantastic option for fitness, or a companion to Kung Fu sessions. These sessions teach the beginnings of the acrobatics skills of Kung Fu and gymnastics skills, including rolling and jumps. These sessions are open to children aged from 5 - 12 years.
