I joined UK Shaolin Temple Kung Fu Training at the beginning of 2011 to work on my fitness again and get a balance to my everyday work activities (mainly sitting at a desk behind a computer). After my initial trial lesson, I probably had the worst muscle ache in my life so far, but the kind welcome and friendly atmosphere made me come back. I enjoy every training lesson – even the hard ones, as I always learn something new and keep improving. The Training is very clear and structured and always varies in content – so it never gets boring. Everyone can join, without having any former martial arts experience. Teachers and Instructors are very professional and know what they are doing. Thank you for all your dedication and commitment and keep up the good work.
