Martine is a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, qualifying 8 years ago with a BSc (Hons) from The College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (UK). She specialises in a number of areas, including the treatment of  children’s conditions and currently runs her own Acupuncture and Tui Na clinic in Bournemouth.

Martine has been teaching Martial Arts for many establishments including Bournemouth and Southampton University, various Schools throughout the south, working with students ranging from main stream to those with challenging behaviour and mental health issues.

She is an official judge in Traditional Martial Arts for the governing body of Chinese Martial Arts in UK, BCCMA.

She has event managed for various companies some including Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays, Old Thorns Hotel, and the Chinese New Year Festival 2019 for Southampton City Council. She was also  the operations manager for international bookings for the UK Shaolin Temple Travel facilitating China tours and trips for national and international students.

In her youth Martine also trained as a professional actress and holds a degree in Performing Arts from Mountview Theatre School in London. She spent ten years performing in TV, films and in theatres around the country before moving into the profession of health, healing and martial arts.


Martine is the operations officer for UK Shaolin Temple helping to facilitate various operations of the Charity including the engagement and promotion of new and existing collaborations and partnerships for the temple’s expansion and development.

She is also the Executive Producer for PIQCHI Productions a subdivision of the UK Shaolin Temple which is dedicated to promoting Chinese Martial Arts and culture through film, television, stage and events.
