This session focuses on exploring basic nutrition and common life style factors by using concepts from a western conventional understanding in relation to the Chinese Medicine perspective. Moving through a number of health and wellbeing related topics, we explore food, sleep and exercises that help to improve our current life circumstances. Throughout this session we give practical advice and useful tips to any questions or topics posed. This is a recording of a live interactive session where the audience can ask, discuss and explore together the topic presented. The follow up session is looking at flexibility and how it can be improved through martial arts.
