This class goes beyond foundations, offering in-depth development of individual forms, weapons training, and advanced acrobatic skills. Students will refine precision, speed, and power in both empty-hand and weapons routines, while exploring advanced national and international Kung Fu and Wushu forms.

Training is delivered at a high intensity, designed to push physical and mental boundaries. You’ll enhance strength, stamina, agility, flexibility, coordination, and technical mastery, while deepening your understanding of martial arts philosophy and performance.
