Our meditation classes are open to all people to join. The classes will involve a practical guide to meditation. These methods will also assist in reducing stress, anxiety, isolation, and other negative states of mind. Instead, you will learn how to become peaceful, relaxed, and cultivate patience through various meditation and mindfulness techniques.

You do not need to have any previous experience with meditation. What’s more is that our meditation sessions are inclusive – welcoming all people, of any age, sex, gender, sexuality and persons of any faith, or no faith. We will give you a simple, down-to-earth guide to meditation that can help you relieve stress, take stock, and find new meanings to life.

Meditation For Free Practice

Monday: 17:30 – 18:00

These sessions are non guided sessions to self-practice already learned principles and techniques of meditation. The aim of these sessions is to offer space for self-practice by relaxing your mental state and physical body. You can practice a variety of simple exercises, including breathing and mental exercises.

This class is FREE for everyone, donation is welcome.

Meditation and Qigong for Healing

Meditation & Qigong for Healing

Thursday: 18:00 – 19:00 

These classes are designed for people who are interested in healing practices. Qi Gong is an ancient practice that is designed to combine internal and external energies with the aim of detoxing unwanted and unhealthy energy. Not only do these exercises allow the mind and body to relax but it also cultivates new energy. These sessions are split into two interrelated part: Qi Gong and meditation. One part focuses on the physical exercise of Qi Gong, while the other part uses meditation practices to continue the healing processes.
