Within our Chinese Arts and Culture field, we spearhead projects, and interdisciplinary research that bring Chinese performing arts and culture to life. BUDDHISM & PHILOSOPHY
One of UK Shaolin Temple’s core aims is to promote Buddhism and its practical philosophy to people across the UK. We do this because at the heart of Buddhism is a simple approach to life: to live with no limitations. We interpret this to mean that we should acknowledge limitations but not be limited by them.
